How to order
Choose a color and size, add the piece to your bag and check out with your contact details and US shipping address.
We do not take payment online. Once you place your order we email you to confirm availability and your delivery date, and to take payment. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax, if any, is added when we confirm.
Shipping
- We ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over $250 and $15 below that.
- We confirm your delivery date when we confirm your order.
- Engraved tags are made for you and ship once they are engraved; we give you the timing when we confirm.
Returns
- Return unworn, unused pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Engraved and personalized pieces are final sale.
- For hygiene, opened grooming products cannot be returned.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number. We refund the original payment once the piece is back with us.
Engraving
Engraving is complimentary on the Rosette custom medallion, the LP diamant medallion and the Cœur rose tag. Add up to 18 characters for their name and 26 for a phone number or a short line, engraved on the reverse. Type it on the product page and it travels with the piece to your bag.
Engraved pieces are made for you and are final sale.
Size guide
Measure with a soft tape. Between two sizes, choose the larger. The picks a size for every piece from five measurements.
Collars

Measure around the neck where the collar sits, leaving room for two fingers underneath. Choose the size whose range includes that measurement; between sizes, go up.

Stand your dog on paper, trace a front paw and measure its width and length. Choose the size that fits the larger front paw; boots come as a set of four.

Measure your dog lying stretched out, from nose to tail, and choose a bed comfortably larger. Bolsters and sofa arms take up part of the footprint, so size up if in doubt.

Measure your dog curled up asleep, across the widest point, and choose a diameter comfortably larger. The bolster takes up part of the space, so size up if in doubt.

Care
Leather collars, harnesses and leads
Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from water and direct heat, and let leather dry naturally if it gets wet.
Jewelry and jeweled hardware
Polish with a soft cloth. Take tags, clips and bows off before baths and swims, and store pieces separately.
Beds and sofas
Vacuum velvet and plush regularly and spot clean marks with a damp cloth. Follow the care note on each bed's product page.
Coats and clothing
Follow the label inside each piece. Fasten zips and closures before cleaning.
Grooming
For dogs only, on the coat and skin. Keep away from eyes and nose. Rinse shampoo and conditioner thoroughly.
Hair clips and bows
Wear under supervision and remove before rest and play.
Materials
Every Pour elle and Pour lui piece is made in France. We set only lab-grown diamonds: real diamonds, grown in a laboratory. Each product page names the stones a piece carries. Beds, velvet and linings use organic cotton, and our grooming range is made with organic ingredients. Hardware is gold-tone or silver-tone, and fur is always faux.
